Curaçao Delights reserves the copyright with regard to all and any content, past, present, and future, on the Curaçao Delights website. This includes but is not limited to wording, content, pictures, sales material, audio or video files, and product videos, and any related materials, all of which are regarded as the Intellectual and commercial Property of Curaçao Delights. As such, any information or material on the Curaçao Delights website can only be viewed and used for personal use, not commercial use.

The copying, reproduction, storage, and distribution of any of the material on the Curaçao Delights website, and any commercialization thereof, in any format whatsoever, are expressly forbidden without the express written permission of the owner/owners of such material.

Curaçao Delights reserves and asserts all rights over the Curaçao Delights website, as well as all past, present, and future content.

The user’s/customer’s continued use of the Curaçao Delights website, its content, and features, as well as products, will be regarded by Curaçao Delights as the user’s/customer’s unequivocal acceptance of Curaçao Delights’s Terms & Conditions. Such user/customer acceptance will be taken to include any changes to the Terms & Conditions that Curaçao Delights reserves the right to make at any given time.

Acceptance: Privacy Policy

Curaçao Delights reserves the right to collect a user’s/customer’s personal details. These details will be used by Curaçao Delights to service users/customers correctly. Curaçao Delights undertakes not to share personal information with any individuals, companies, or organizations. The user’s/customer’s personal information is strictly private and will be kept private by Curaçao Delights.

 

The user’s/customer’s use of the Curaçao Delights website, its content, and features, as well as products, will be regarded by Curaçao Delights as the user’s/customer’s acceptance of Curaçao Delights’s Privacy Policy. Such user/customer acceptance will be taken to include any changes to Privacy Policy that Curaçao Delights reserves the right to make at any given time.

 

Laws and Jurisdiction

Curaçao Delights’s Terms &Conditions, as well as Privacy Policy, are governed by the present and future laws of Curaçao. Acceptance of such laws and the jurisdiction of the courts responsible for upholding said laws, is assumed to be agreed to by users/customers when making use of the website, services, and products made available to users by Curaçao Delights.

 

Indemnification

The user/customer agrees that the owner/owners, representatives, agents and suppliers of Curaçao Delights are indemnified against any and all potential user/customer, or third party representative’s demands, damages and claims that may arise from the use of the Curaçao Delights website.
Furthermore, whilst every effort is made to keep the Curaçao Delights website up and running smoothly, Curaçao Delights takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

Refund Policy

Given the nature of our product which is a video presentation, Curaçao Delights does not give refunds.

 

Exception to Disclaimer

The exclusion of any liability, culpability, or responsibility implicit in and/or implied by law, that cannot be excluded lawfully, is not the purpose of any disclaimer contained in Curaçao Delights’s Terms & Conditions.
